How do I start an Exercise Program?

As a new member, you will be given the opportunity for several meetings with a qualified Fitness Specialist.  These meetings will help you to formulate achievable fitness goals and an exercise program will be developed for you.  Our fitness staff will also orient you to the equipment, instruct you on its use and answer any questions you may have.

What’s the best way to join a Fitness Class?

Group Fitness class schedules are available at each club, and on this website, under schedules.  The experience of exercising with others is motivating and provides an opportunity to meet new people.  Review the choices for a convenient time and plan to arrive a few minutes early and introduce yourself to the class instructor.

How do I get involved in Tennis or Racquetball?

Meeting with the club professionals is a great way to learn about the leagues, programs and groups in the Tennis area.  You may also want to get RATED by a Pro so you know what level you are in the sport.  Join a league, drill and get submit your name as a substitute for on-going leagues.  Challenge court times, leagues and sub-lists are also established for Racquetball.  Get more information from the front service desk.

How do I pay for my membership each month?

Using a credit card or checking account, our Automatic Payment System, APS is a convenient monthly billing method.  No extra charges or fees are incurred for this service and each month you will receive a notice on your credit card or bank statement that your dues have been paid.  Payment is made on the first business day of each month for that month of membership.  All account information and account maintenance is completed ON-SITE, not by 3rd party, out of state processors.

Why don’t you post prices on your website?

The best way to shop for a health club is to visit – especially since all health clubs offer different environments and services, and each individual’s needs vary.   We offer a wide variety of programs and membership options that are too numerous to list- short-term, month-to-month, single, couple, family, fitness, racquet sports, multi-club,- to name a few!

How do I make changes to my membership or billing information?

For your protection, changes to your membership require written authorization and review.  You can easily make changes by stopping at the reception desk to complete a written request, or to submit your own written request.  Your may also mail your request to the club.  A membership change fee may apply to certain membership changes.  Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 6 months, and a hold fee will apply.  Please Note:  Electronic Messages are NOT VALID for changes to memberships – this includes Email, Facebook, Twitter, Texts, etc. and will NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How can I bring a Friend to the Club?

If you have friends who would enjoy our facility, bring them with you on your next visit.

There are many options available for guest visits including free guest days and limited guest passes – prior to bringing your guest to the club, speak with a member services manager for complete information.  As your guest, your friend may pay a nominal daily fee, plus applicable court fees, depending on the type of facilities desired.  For the protection of our members, all guests must register with a photo I.D., and the number of times the same guest may visit is limited.
